Insurance or Surgeon Required Pre-op Bariatric Surgery Nutrition Evaluations. $60 per visit Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, unless otherwise specified by your surgeon.

    As Needed Post Bariatric Surgery Nutrition Consultation: $75 per visit
  • This service is for post weight loss surgery patients who are new to our practice and would like to meet with a dietitian to make sure they are on track with their nutrition plan and goals, or to get back on track. Based on how you are doing you may only need one visit, or we may suggest follow-up visits if we feel they are needed.
